Dr. Robert R. Simon will oversee the fellowship program. He is a Professor and Chairman of the emergency department at both Stroger Hospital of Cook County (CCH) and Rush University Medical Center (RUMC). He is also the Founder and Chairman of Boards of International Medical Corps (IMC). He is a recognized authority in emergency orthopedics, emergency procedures, and international medicine. He has authored a number of books in these fields, written numerous articles, and lectured internationally.

Jamil D. Bayram, MD is the fellowship director. He will supervise all fellow functions and coordinate all the activities in collaboration with the parties concerned with the fellowship. Dr. Bayram is an Assistant Professor at Rush University Medical Center Emergency Department. His area of expertise is International Emergency Medicine Development, International Emergency Department standardization, Health Policy and Administration, and resuscitation guidelines.
